Minimum Order Value:
To avail of our COD service, orders must meet a minimum value of INR 2,000. For orders falling within the range of INR 2,000 to INR 10,000, a 20% partial advance payment is mandatory. Similarly, orders ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 30,000 require a 15% advance payment, while orders exceeding INR 30,000 necessitate a 10% advance payment.

Order Confirmation:
Upon order placement, expect a prompt confirmation from our dedicated team within 2 days. We will furnish you with the essential bank account details for the advance payment, serving as a secure guarantee for your order, which unfortunately is non-refundable. Once the advance payment is received, we will swiftly process your order and initiate delivery arrangements.

Payment Collection:
At the time of delivery, our courteous personnel will collect the remaining balance in cash. We kindly request that you have the exact amount ready, as our personnel are unable to provide change.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Should you decide to cancel your COD order, kindly reach out to us at your earliest convenience. In the event of cancellation, the advance partial payment will be refunded, albeit subject to a nominal 5% processing fee.
