Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount at SB HANDICRAFTS. Should your purchase fail to meet your expectations, you have 48 hours from receipt to return it for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please ensure the product remains unused and in its original packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and invoices. Simply email us at info@sbhandicrafts.in with your name, mobile number, and order number to arrange for a reverse pick-up. If pick-up isn’t feasible in your area, kindly return the product in its original packaging. Once received, we’ll verify the returned item and process your refund within 2-4 days.

Exchange Policy:
In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free exchange along with a 100% refund upon submission of photos or videos. For quality-related concerns, a 10% restocking fee may apply. Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receipt, and the product should be unused and returned with all original packaging intact. Once we verify the returned product, we’ll dispatch the replacement within 24-72 hours.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, modifications for products of equal or higher value are permissible within 24 hours, provided the order hasn’t been shipped. Upon receipt of the product, exchanges will be processed within 24-72 hours.
